Ooh, that is a good one!
How many times do we tell ourselves, I need to slow down. Lots, am I right?

Perhaps taking a long bath with your lover, setting the stage of your private space with candles and maybe a bottle of nice wine that you’ve always wanted to try. How deeply rejuvenating on so many levels, I invite you to make that space within your life, once a week, once a month, once in a while. Slow down, enjoy the taste of food in the mouth, slow down, smell the aromas around you, slow down, feel the touch of another on your skin. Appreciate all that you are, and all that you are not, slowly.
